I started out in communications in the not-for-profit sector. Resources were slim, and communications included anything with words: magazine articles, procedure manuals, blog posts, website maintenance, events marketing, program script writing, announcements, and even a photography book. Those experiences allowed me to enjoy variety and new challenges and years later helped me realize that editing was the part of communications I enjoyed the most.
And now.
After a decade of collaborative communications, mainly for corporate audiences, I have focused on building, bridging, and growing my editing experiences. I am a problem-solver who uses editing to make chaos orderly. I support my clients’ goals by providing clarity and suggestions, leaving documents better than I found them.
